Another cool thing in Göteborg is the availability of outdoor gyms across the city. Beside the playgrounds for kids, there’s quite often the possibility that beside these playgrounds you have an outdoor gym. The city of Gothenburg lists 50 utegym, how they’re called here, on their website, but at least some I’ve seen are not on that list. So there might even be more. And they constantly build new ones. And I like that, it gives you the option to train without having to go into an indoor gym or do some exercises together with the kid.

Eine weitere coole Sache in Göteborg ist die Verfügbarkeit von Outdoor-Fitnessstudios in der ganzen Stadt. Neben den Spielplätzen für Kinder gibt es oft die Möglichkeit, dass es neben diesen Spielplätzen auch ein Outdoor-Fitnessstudio gibt. Die Stadt Göteborg führt auf ihrer Website 50 utegym, wie sie hier genannt werden, auf, aber zumindest einige, die ich gesehen habe, sind nicht auf dieser Liste. Es könnten also noch mehr sein. Und es werden ständig Neue gebaut. Und das mag ich, es gibt einem die Möglichkeit, zu trainieren, ohne in ein (indoor) Fitnessstudio gehen zu müssen, oder ein paar Übungen mit dem Kind zu machen.
